The LaPorte Boys Cross Country team started the season out strong with a 1st Place finish at the Jack Bransford Classic. The Slicers were lead by Jack Miscowicz with a time of 16:25 which was good enough to come away as the Individual Champion. Finishing in 2nd and 3rd in the race was Caleb Rose (17:09) and Evan Howes (17:20). Reagan Buchanan (17:24) and Cameron Ericson-Moffett (18:00) finished off the scoring of the Slicers, securing the win. The Slicers compete next Saturday at the Penn Hokum Karem.
