The LaPorte girls golf team won their home match today against New Prairie with a score of 181 to 235. Scoring for the Slicers were: Dana McQuarters 44, Anna Menne 44, Lily Spain 46 and Claire Leniski 47. Top scorer for New Prairie was Syd Janodsky with a 54. LaPortes JV team also won with a score of 196. Scoring for the Slicers were: Molly Riley 45 (personal best), Brooke Buchanan 47, Reagan Wireman 51 (personal best) and Ava Hedricks 53. The Slicers open up DAC play tomorrow when they travel to Forrest Park golf course to take on Portage and Chesterton.
