The lady slicers headed to Sandy Pines today to participate in the Kankakee Valley Invitational and had an impressive 3rd place finish in the 16 team event. Munster and Lake Central finished 1st and 2nd respectively. Scoring for the Slicers were: Anna Menne 80 (personal best), Dana McQuarters 94, Claire Leniski 96 and Brooke Buchanan 96. Tops honors for the invitational went to Valparaiso's Kennedy Gutierrez and Rochester's Olivia Bailey both shooting an impressive 71. We travel to Pretty Lake in Plymouth tomorrow with an 8am start time.
