LaPorte golf closed out the regular season with wins over Chesterton 168-178 and Michigan City 168-186. Lukas Albin and Evan Sittig led the Slicers and were medalists for the match each shooting a 40. Burke Penziol followed with a 43 and Luke Cannon a 45. The Slicers finish the regular season 11-8 overall and in 4th place in the DAC heading into the DAC tournament next Tuesday at Sand Creek Country Club. The JV Slicers got a win over Michigan City 195-211 but lost to Chesterton 195-190. Logan Cooney and Gabe Younggreen led with a 45 each, Evan Hough 47, and Grayson Harfert 58. Tonight we also celebrated our two seniors Aiden Mrozinski and Luke Cannon. Thank you for your dedication to Slicer golf these past 3 years.
