The LPHS JV Softball Team suffered another tough loss at the hands of Portage. LaPorte jumped out to a 7-run lead, but couldn't hold on against a power-hitting Portage team. Mia Johnson took the loss, scattering 12 hits and nine walks over four innings. LaPorte also had 12 hits, with Johnson having three, Keraghan Blind, Bella Escobedo and Sophi Meredith with two, and Addison Hill, Audrey Forney and Brienna Johnson with one hit each.
