The Slicer Gymnastics Team lost to Lake Central last night at their final dual meet of the season 88.9 - 104.3. Evie Travis led the Slicers placing on all events. Travis was 2nd on vault 8.95 with a season high, 3rd on bars 7.975, 1st on beam with a 9.35, 4th on floor 8.45, and 3rd all-around 34.725. Genny Witulski was 8th on vault 8.05, 9th on bars 5.375, 5th on beam 8.325, 8th on floor 7.15, and 5th all-around 28.9. Jules Schadt was 9th on vault 8.0, 8th on bars 5.75, 9th on beam 5.0 and floor 6.525, and 6th all-around 25.275. Freshman Kate Doty did not compete due to injury. The Slicers compete in the DAC Championship this Saturday at Crown Point at Noon.
