The LaPorte Slicers Varsity Boys Basketball team won 55-33 on the road at New Prairie on Saturday night. Griffin Ott-Large paced the Slicers with 16 points, going 6/9 from the field. Sawyer Tonagel and Nic Spence each added 10 points for LaPorte (2-2), which had all players score in the contest. La Porte resumes action next Friday at Lowell, followed by a home game Saturday evening vs South Bend Washington.
