LPVB sweeps New Prairie

The LaPorte volleyball team wrapped up regular season play with an impressive 25-9, 25-20, 25-20 victory over New Prairie on Monday night. Offensively, Avery Tulacz led the way with 10 kills, while Elizabeth Anglin added seven kills. Madison Copeland had six kills and Kaitlin Wilson recorded five kills. Tessa Koepke tallied three kills in the victory. Lilly Buckley dished out a team-high 19 assists and Anglin had nine helpers. Defensively, Emma Hull racked up 10 digs with Mia Mendoza adding six digs. At the net, Wilson had two block kills. On the service line, Tulacz had six aces and Hull added three. Anglin also contributed two in the win. In the junior varsity match, the Slicers ended its season with a 2-0 victory.
