Freshman vs Crown Point High School (20 - 42) Loss The Slicers loss tonight to the Bulldogs. The Slicers Moved the ball well on offense but had a few costly mistakes that Crown Point was able to capitalize on early on. J'Myre Blash had an impressive night for the Slicers scoring all 3 rushing touchdowns. Quinton McCelos had a great night as well on the ground with a few nice runs to keep the chains moving for La Porte. Mc Q was also successful on a 2 pt conversion. Vinny Chlupacek came down with a nice interception for the Slicers in the 2nd quarter. Xavier Alva had a successful onside kick that he was able to recover himself. Your Slicers will be at home next week when the Michigan City Wolves come to town. Kickoff is @ 6 pm at Kiwanis Stadium.
