The LaPorte Boys Cross Country Team battled the heat at the historic New Prairie course. The Slicers ran a split team today with only 3 athletes running in the Varsity race. Hunter Quadlin lead the squad with a 17th place finish. Liam Lilly was not too far behind in 32nd. Rounding out the Slicers was Charles Tonagel in 77th. The Frosh Soph boys came away with a trophy today finishing in 5th place. Scoring in the top 5 were Jack Misckowicz 9th, Evan Howes 19th, Luke Romine 23rd, Reagan Buchanan 39th and Caleb Rose 50th. The Slicers will look forward to their week off from racing in preparation for the DAC Championship.
