The LaPorte Volleyball team picked up a 25-15, 25-23, 25-18 straight set Duneland Athletic Conference victory at Valparaiso on Thursday night. Offensively, Avery Tulacz led the way with 18 kills, while Kaitlin Wilson had eight kills. Madison Copeland added five kills in the victory. Elizabeth Anglin dished out a team-best 17 assists and Lilly Buckley dealt 13 helpers. Defensively, Shayla Sorg had 15 digs with Emma Hull adding 10. Anglin contributed eight digs, while Buckley and Tulacz had six each. At the net, Copeland had two block kills with Hull leading the way from the service line with five aces. In the junior varsity contest, the Slicers won 27-25, 25-17.
