LaPorte was led by Evie Travis, Natalie Fritzen and Audrey Kneifel with three hits apiece, Addison Hill, Aaliyah Keen and Mia Johnson with two, and Kieanna Simpson, Keraghan Blind and Audrey Forney with one each. Mia Johnson was the starting pitcher, and was replaced by Kieanna Simpson in the 4th inning. Simpson struck out six batters in four innings.
