Boys Basketball Falls in OT to Michigan City

The Slicers Boys Basketball team fell to Michigan City in OT, 76-66. LaPorte was led by Rylan Kieszkowski with 23 points, going 9-14 from the field, including 5/7 from beyond the arc. Malik Corley had 14 points and Griffin Ott-Large added 12 points. The loss drops LaPorte's record to 10-12 on the year. The Slicers wrap up the regular season on Friday at Slicer Gym against South Bend Clay. Tip-off for the JV game is at 5:00 PM, with the Varsity game to follow at 6:30. The Basketball program will be celebrating Teacher Appreciation Night in between games, with each player honoring the educator that made the biggest impact on their life.
