The Boys Varsity basketball team fell to Portage 77-27 on Friday night. Javelle Broome and Griffin Ott-Large each had 8 points for LaPorte in the loss. The Slicers fall to 10-11 on the year with the loss. Next week is the final week of the regular season, with the Slicers hosting two home games. On Tuesday, LaPorte wraps up the DAC portion of the schedule with Michigan City coming to Slicer Gym at 6 PM. Friday night will be the last regular season game of the year against South Bend Clay.
