Slicers win Holiday Tourney opener 71-47 over Lowell

The Boys Varsity Basketball team won the first round of the Steiner Homes Holiday Tourney 71-47 over Lowell. Sawyer Tonagel and Griffin Ott-Large led the way with 15 points apiece. Nic Spence added 12 points, 9 rebounds, Eli Taylor had 11 points, and Malik Corley had 10 points for LaPorte, who improved to 6-3 on the season. The Slicers advance to take on the Logansport Berries in the semifinals at 6:30 PM in Slicer Gym.
