The same quartet of girls also won the 400 Freestyle Relay. Katelyn Peterson, Sofia LaRocco, Paige Doeppke, and Liz Luna won the 200 Freestyle Relay by nearly 43 seconds. Shoutouts to Madi Griffin, Emma Boone, and Carmen Equizabal, who all had solid races. Although swimming and diving are mostly comprised of individual events, it's a team sport. The support and camaraderie shown by this young team is impressive. The coaches can't wait to see how much this team will improve between now and sectionals. The Slicers are now 2-0. They head to Valpo next Tuesday. Always proud. Go Slicers! Coach Brahim
