LaPorte Volleyball went 2-2 at the LaPorte invitational this weekend. The first match, they played Saint Joseph high school, and lost in three sets. 25-20, 13-20, 11-15. Baylie Dewitt and Evelyn Shirk played great defense. Kaitlin Wilson led the team in kills. The second match LaPorte defeated Andrean. 25-11, 25-21. Meg Kaiser and Audri Garske led the team in aces. The third match of the day, La Porte fell to Elkhart in two sets. 22-25, 24-26. Lauren Kirk and Madison Copeland lead the team offensively. The last match of the day LaPorte defeated Marian 25-15, 23-25, 15-8. Audri Garski had 11 digs, 2 assists, and had great serves throughout the match.
