LaPorte's JV girls' golf team traveled to Birch Tree tonight to compete in the New Prairie JV Invitational. LaPorte placed 2 girls in the top 10 (out of 29 individuals). Ava Hedricks placed 2nd with a score of 45 and Brooklyn Leslie placed 8th with a personal best score of 52. Other scoring for LaPorte were Ava Kosior 58, Adalyn Hedricks 58, Marlee Dhoore 59, Vivi Schreeg 64 and Alivia Sacks 65. The Slicers have home match Wednesday against John Gleen and Wheeler.
