At the Max Truex Invitational in Warsaw, the duo of Casey Cochran and Malachi Washington continued their season of dominance by winning the shot put relay event. Cochran's throw of 50-2.75 was good enough for 1st place overall, and Washington's throw of 48-9 resulted in a 3rd place finish individually. When combining the two throws, the total of 98-11.75 was more than 4 feet better than the 2nd place team from Warsaw HS. The jumps duo of Destin Matzke and Preston Scheidt earned a 2nd place relay finish in the Long jump as well as the High Jump event.
