La Porte golf dropped a pair of matches Wednesday night at Beechwood to Crown Point 174-155 and to Lake Central 174-160. Evan Sittig led the Slicers with a 41. Lukas Albin followed with a 42, Burke Penziol 44, and Gabe Younggreen 47. The JV Slicers also fell to Crown Point 183-169 and to Lake Central 183-166. Oscar Saban led La Porte with a 41. Evan Glick followed with a 45, Logan Cooney 48, and Brooks Tonagel 49. Next up for the Slicers will be a match on Tuesday against Merrillville.
