Athletic physicals for La Porte Community School Corporation athletes currently in grade 8-11 will be held at La Porte High School on May 11, 2026 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. The cost is $30.00 (cash/check) or $31.90 (card). Please have the IHSAA physical evaluation forms completed and signed by parent before your appointment.
