LaPorte Varsity boys volleyball fell to Merrillville 19-25, 25-27, 21-25. Isaiah Hurt and Dimitrius Staggers let the team in blocks. Kade Kukla let the team with 3 aces. The JV team defeated Merrillville in 2 sets 25-13, 25-19. Xavier Vinson and Wrigley Painton led with 2 kills each, Derek Villalba-Vera led with 13 serves and 3 aces, and Jordan Rivera led defensively.
