Slicers win at South Bend Washington, 66-51

The Boys Varsity Basketball team defeated SB Washington on the road Saturday evening, 66-51. The win is the first for the Slicers at Washington since 1989. La Porte was led by Griffin Ott-Large with 27 points, 5 rebs, 3 assists. Sawyer Tonagel added 18 points, 6 rebounds. Tim Knoll chipped in 8 points as well. Destin Matzke & Reed Raymond each had 4 points, 6 rebounds and Preston Scheidt added 4 points as well. La Porte improved to 4-1 on the season with the victory. Next up for the Slicers is Griffith (3-1) on the road Thursday night.
